3Days 2Nights Premier Trek, by 4X4 WD Pajero, included elephant bath & 2 hrs bamboo rafting along Maetang river
09h00 Stop at a local market at Mae Malai to purchase some food, vegetables and things needed during the trek.
09h30 Continue to Red Lahu hill tribe village at Baan Pha Dang, exploring around, visiting people and village. 12h30 Local lunch on the way. 13h30 Start trekking about 2 hours to Lahu hill tribe village at Baan Huay Kub Kab which’s situated on a very high mountain where the city view of Mae Tang can be seen clearly.
15h30 Relax and help the guide to prepare dinner. 18h30 Overnight at the village (Bamboo cottage, dormitory room).
DAY 2: LAHU VILLAGE – WATERFALL– ELEPHANT FEED&BATH – SHAN VILLAGE (B/L/D)
08h00 Breakfast at the village. 09h00 Trek about 3 hours to the Elephant camp on the way stop for a relaxation at Huay Satarn Waterfall.
12h00 Reach the camp and feed and Bath to the Elephant, get close with the beautiful huge creature
13h00 Lunch is also provided at the camp. 15h00 Transfer by 4X4WD Pajero to Shan village for dinner and overnight. 15h30 Arrive and check in at Baan Anatta Resort, Sob Kai. Relax at the resort enjoying tranquil atmosphere and scenic nature on the Tang River Bank.
DAY 3: SHAN VILLAGE – BAMBOO RAFT – CHIANG MAI (B/L/D) 07h30 After breakfast at the resort, drive to Akha village Baan Tung Yua and start trekking from here through lush jungle for 2 hours to Lahu Village Baan Pong Ngan.
10h00 Excite a bamboo rafting about 2 hrs. (depend on water level) down Mae Tang River to Shan village, Sob Kai. 12h30 Local lunch at Sob Kai. 14h00 Return back to Chiang Mai.
